The investigation established that three youths, one of them was not even 18 years old, created their own company and offered used cars at very attractive prices. They posted their proposals on the Internet. Used cars were offered, for half the price, direct delivery from the USA.
The trinity, seeing the intense interest of the townspeople in their proposals, rented an office in Ufa and it was there that they entered into contracts for the supply of cars with people coming from different cities of the country. According to an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Bashkortostan, Yevgeny Guryanov, everything looked extremely plausible. And the office, and a pretty good one, and the contract was drawn up according to all the rules, and you had to pay 40% in advance. Delivery of cars was promised a month after making an advance payment.
For the first 6 months of this year, not a single car was transferred to those who paid the advance. And when the client could not pick up his order after the promised time, the «senior» workmates were connected. They should not have allowed any contacts of deceived citizens with law enforcement agencies..
The young men were detained after they decided to close the case. When they were arrested, there were already several calls to the police from victims, residents of various regions of Russia. To date, 39 people have filed applications, the damage is estimated at 8,000,000. The main «talent» of the criminal business, 17 years old, is on the run and is on the federal wanted list, two others have already been arrested. Investigation in progress.
