Demand for new buildings has grown in Moscow and the region
Analysts report an increase in potential demand for apartments in new buildings in the capital by 10% compared to September. In the Moscow region, demand grew by 10.5%.
The total supply of primary organizations in Moscow decreased by 4.7%, in the Moscow region — by 10.5%. The number of houses in which apartments were put up for sale in the Moscow region decreased by 3.5%, while in Moscow, on the contrary, increased by 3.4%.
Compared to September, the average offer price decreased by 0.4% and amounted to 230.69 thousand rubles per square meter in October. The cost per square meter in the region has not changed and is 62.2 thousand rubles.
Analysts predict that the annual growth in prices for new buildings in the capital will be 15-20%. In the region, prices will rise by no more than 3%.
